Due to a request made by some dear friends of mine I have decided to dedicate the contents of this post to Ryan Gosling.
I don't know much about him, but I know one thing. There is a mystique that surrounds his persona that seems to drive girls mad for him. This is what I'd like to explore today in my post.
Undoubtedly, he is a good looking man, but I have noted that it takes more than just good looks to cause the kind of girl frenzy that now envelopes him. What makes this happen is a few factors.
One: The good looks
Two: Availability
Three: A perceived "good personality" (Outside of Acting)
Four: Playing the right kind of roles in a movie.
Ryan Gosling has all four of these things going for him. Although, what sets him apart right now from other Hollywood hunks is that he has a relatively good reputation outside of his acting career and the main roles he has played in his career have highlighted attractive qualities. Whether or not he actually has those kinds of qualities, it becomes easy to associate him with them because of his memorable roles.
First and foremost The Notebook did more than any other role in turning him into the heart throb he has now become. It highlighted adorable qualities that a girl could only dream of having in a man. For many women, it seared an image into their minds to be associated with romantic feelings. Ryan Gosling has since become the ideal image of what a man should be.
Outside of his movie roles he has made his mark as well. He is a supporter of Invisible Children, PETA and The Enough Project. Of course, it helps that Ryan recently made the news in New York by saving a woman from being hit by a car, stopping her before she walked into oncoming traffic.
